The Pathways Mission
Our mission is to provide accessible and effective services to those reentering the community in a drug and alcohol free environment of recovery. Our homes are in the Inland Valley area of Los Angeles County.

We believe in helping those who have struggled with Substance Use Disorders and giving them hope and encouragement to become successful and productive members of their community. Since 2005, our supportive services have helped thousands regain their independence and find long-term recovery and stability.

We are also members of the San Gabriel Valley Sober Living Coalition. We work in conjunction with the courts, probation and parole offices.
Housing Support
Structured, substance-free living environments with 24/7 supervision provide a stable, supportive setting that fosters routine and accountability during early recovery and reentry. We also assist with finding and sustaining housing through referrals, application support, and ongoing guidance to help residents maintain long-term stability.
Coordination
We help link residents to medical care, behavioral health services, employment support, and vital community resources while ensuring coordinated, continuous care. We also provide guidance with Medi-Cal and other public programs to help residents access and maintain their eligible benefits.
Skill Building
Practical training in financial literacy, budgeting, workplace readiness, and documentation to support independent living, employment, and long-term self-sufficiency.
AB-109
AB-109 clients are provided a safe, sober environment to establish a healthy and productive life.
Amity
We help Amity clients transition out of incarceration, find jobs, and work toward permanent housing.
GEO
We work with GEO to ensure clients are attending all wellness groups and remain compliant with their program.
